Difficult communications can cause professionals and teams distress with delays in communicating with patients and/or their family carers.

The INinvesting in communiCAtion to improve caRE (IN-CARE) project aims to promote the competence and confidence of care home staff in engaging in difficult communication with residents and family carers.
