OBJECTIVE

The aim of the IN-CARE project is to design, implement and evaluate the educational intervention "Teach-to-communicate". Specifically, the project aims to:

• Develop educational materials: a guide to support professionals in difficult communication and educational videos with good and bad communication examples;

• Educate care home staff in the Piedmontese area (North-West of Italy) in engaging in difficult communications;

• Evaluate the impact of the intervention on residents, family carers and care home staff.
