Silvia GONELLA

Research nurse 

Nurse with experience in oncology and internal medicine. She currently carries out research activities to support care at the City of Health and science University Hospital of Turin. She has a post graduate specialization in Bioethics and a PhD in Nursing Sciences and Public Health.

Silvia has participated in several multidisciplinary research groups in the field of palliative care both nationally and internationally. She serves on the steering committee of the EAPC RN Junior Forum and the EAPC Family Caregiver Reference Group. She teaches research methodology and bioethics.

Her main areas of research concern clinical communication and end-of-life care in nursing home.
